Mobile Semiconductor is now part of Nordic Semiconductor

Nordic Semiconductor purchased Mobile-Semi in totality in 2023 and Mobile Semi now operates as Nordic Semiconductor Seattle. Our mission is to continue to design memory’s with the very lowest power for Nordic’s IC’s that we will also sell as IP and to continue design and support of RadHard products to the Defense and Aerospace Markets.

Mobile-Semi’s small company innovation is now backed by Nordic Semiconductor production volume.

Company is ITAR Certified and involved in the major strategic rad hard programs in the US and has expertise meeting targets such as Total Ionizing Dose (TID), Multi-Bit Upset (MBU), Minimum Critical Charge (Qcrit) and Single Event Effects (SEE), including Single Event Latchup (SEL), Single Event Upset (SEU) and Single Event Transients (SET).
